One payment per document, no subscription. VAT is not applicable under the issuer’s tax regime. The same PDF can be sent to several recipients for the same company, reference year and data.

For a simple documentary request from a client, supplier, buyer or partner who accepts an expenditure-based estimate. Share the sample before buying. If a specific method, detailed scope or external validation is prescribed, this document may not be suitable.
What the estimate covers
Seven categories of annual external expenditure excluding tax are converted using published internal coefficients. The result does not represent all company emissions: it excludes direct Scope 1 emissions, Scope 2 electricity and a complete Scope 3 inventory.
Reference year and documentary period
The reference year identifies the expenditure period. The displayed twelve-month documentary period does not update the underlying data or guarantee acceptance.
Reading and checking the document
The QR code displays transmitted documentary data. Displaying these data alone does not authenticate the PDF. Signature elements require a separate technical check and do not validate expenditure or actual emissions.
