Certif-Scope provides an indicative expenditure-based CO₂e estimate in a dated PDF with documentary verification elements. The service does not certify your company’s emissions.
Preliminary information, subject to acceptance
The PDF can be proposed to a recipient who explicitly accepts this scope. It does not replace a document or method required by a specification. The absence of a specified standard does not guarantee acceptance.
When a more complete approach is needed
Use another approach when a full inventory, detailed Scopes 1–3, a mandatory standard, certification, external verification, regulatory report or demonstration of environmental performance is required.
Documentary verification
QR data can be read and signature elements can be checked technically. Neither validates invoices, expenditure or real emissions, and neither constitutes an independent emissions audit.
Presentation and transmission
Keep the limitations visible when sharing the document. Do not present it as certification, a comprehensive inventory, proof of regulatory compliance or an environmental performance claim. You remain responsible for your declarations.
Reference year and documentary period
The reference year is the expenditure period. The displayed twelve-month period is a Certif-Scope documentary convention, not regulatory validity or guaranteed acceptance.
